Since January 2008 hundreds of job seekers have tried their luck to be part of the Stonerich Family. Series of Job Ads were posted at country’s No. 01 broadsheet to fill in vacant positions for newly awarded projects and manpower pooling for upcoming projects.
After 1-day screening, psychological & technical exams and pre-interview at the HRD and cycle of interviews handled by MSC Officers more or less 80 were hired for project employment.
These newly hired employees were welcomed during the Orientation Workshop done in three sessions last January 10, 2008 at MSC HR Office; January 26, 2008 at TI-Clark Project in Clark, Pampanga; and February 08, 2008 at MSC HR Office. The objective of the orientation is to provide comprehensive information on company’s policy, procedures and benefits and to acquaint them on how Stonerich operates.
It was indeed a heartwarming experience for them to be welcomed and made aware that they are valued as the most important asset in the company.
