On June 10, 2008 the Lyceum of the Phils. Cavite Campus Project located at Brgy. Manggahan Gen. Trias held its inauguration and blessing with the Honorable Senate President Manuel B. Villar as Guest of Honor, Former Philippine Prime Minister Cesar Virata and Former Senator Jovito Salonga as VIP guests.

Some of the highlights of the said occasion were the unveiling of Sotero Laurel Monument and the introduction of LPUC Scholars as presented to LPUC President Atty. Roberto P. Laurel, Officers and Board Members.

Also gracing the event were the Principal Architect Arch. Tofy Vasquez (TVAP & Partners), Designer, Consultants and Construction Manager ( Jose Aliling Construction Management, Inc.), MSC President ‘s Mr. Bong Nuño, EVP COO Mr Eliseo Aurellado, SVP Eng’g & Operations Mr. Jojo Quintos and Area Manager Mr. Edwin Osias.

Afterwards, a buffet was served at the Multi Purpose Room for the Guests and Roofdeck for all personnel of LPUC project who worked hard for the completion of this project.
